I’ve spent more than 15 years managing operations for festivals and large-scale live events, including Outside Lands, Okeechobee, Life is Beautiful, Bonnaroo, Google I/O, and other major experiences.
For the past eight years, I’ve run an independent freelance business, partnering directly with executive producers and festival leadership to own critical operational functions and interconnected workstreams. Depending on the event, that might mean leading travel and accommodations, transportation, credentials and advancing, vendor administration, or a broader festival operations scope.
I don’t just keep the immediate work moving. I build the processes, systems, documentation, and resources around it, making the operation more organized, connected, and easier to manage both now and in future years.
I’m known for bringing calm and structure to complicated environments, taking genuine ownership of my work, and leaving every project better than I found it.
